Since the introduction of the first water and asphalt distributor tanks in 1928, the innovative Rosco brand lineup of water and street flusher trucks and asphalt distributor trucks has become well-known and trusted road maintenance equipment. The addition of innovative chip spreading equipment, self-propelled brooms, pneumatic rollers and pothole patching solutions have broadened the Rosco line to serve contractors and government agency on jobsites worldwide.

In 2001, LeeBoy purchased the Rosco brand to strengthen our ability as an organization to meet customer needs on the job site through an expanded product lineup giving LeeBoy the broadest offering in the industry. All LeeBoy and Rosco brand products are manufactured at the new 219,000 square foot headquarters facility in Lincolnton, North Carolina, in the Lincoln County Industrial Park.

In June of 2006, Vision Technologies Systems, Inc. of Alexandria, Virginia, acquired LeeBoy and its Rosco brand, which now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Vision Technologies Systems, Inc.
