Westward Industries is a family-owned business based in Winnipeg, Manitoba that has been producing electric vehicles since 2012.

The MAX-EV is a robust, 100% electric utility truck that is in the category of low-speed vehicles limited to 40 km/h that can run on public roads of 50 km/h or less. It is only available with state-of-the-art lithium-ion batteries with a long battery life that is 4 times more durable than a conventional battery.

The MAV-EV comes with 4 different battery configurations: 6 Kw/h, 8 Kw/h, 15 Kw/h, and 20 Kw/h. It costs on average between $1 and $3 for a full charge.

In addition to being equipped with a very efficient transmission, the MAX-EV has an independent 4-wheel suspension similar to the automobile with hydraulic disc brakes also at all 4 wheels. The MAX-EV is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system and offers a long list of accessories.

This utility truck can be configured with an open box, a dump box, a cargo box, or a ladder door. We can also provide a special configuration tailored to your needs.

The MAX-EV is mainly used for short distances in urban centers, in the municipal world, for park maintenance, parcel delivery, construction sites, industrial sector, farms, and soon in mining sites, when the 4-wheel drive version will be available in the summer of 2022.
